Shipping Policy

Shipping takes 5-8 days, you will be notified via email when your item has shipped. We exclusively use USPS to ship all packages. Keep in mind once you received notification of shipment, it may still be a day or two before your package is scanned by The Postal Service, once it is scanned you can see the tracking number.

We are not responsible for replacing lost orders, but we are happy to work with The Postal Service to help locate any lost packages, just contact us.

 

Returns

All sales final unless product arrives damaged. If product arrives damaged please message us via the contact tab with details, you may be asked to provide images. We will work with you to get your exchange or refund resolved as quickly as possible and may take up to 3 weeks.

If you purchased a piece in person and it breaks please send us a message and we can repair the item if possible or replace it with something similar or offer a refund. Since many of the pieces are one of a kind an identical replacement may not be possible.

While we strive for quality in all pieces they still can be fragile, please read the care instructions for more details.
